Embassy Suites by Hilton Jonesboro Red Wolf Convention Center

FABULOUS STAY!! LOCATION WAS PERFECT!! Across the parking lot from the 1st National Bank Arena/Arkansas State University where our concert was. We had a late dinner at the on-site restaurant and everything was positive. Would certainly stay at this location again.

The breakfast was very good and the breakfast server was friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurants food was good but their customer service was poor. Once seated at our table we waited over 15 minutes for a server. Later told our section server was on break and no one covered from them. We asked two other staff members that walked by if we could get someone, with the bar tender finally taking care of us. All the while three or four other servers were hanging out by the hostess station having a gab session. The restaurant was not busy, only two or three other tables seated at the time. It was around 4:30 in the afternoon, before the evening rush.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. We were in the area for a football game, and the hotel was pretty full. Breakfast was great...the ladies who restocked food and the gentlemen at the omelet station were friendly and worked diligently to keep things running smoothly. Also, we let the staff know that the shower head in our room had a crack in it (nothing that needed immediate attention), but someone was sent to replace it not long after. I look forward to another football game in Jonesboro, so we can stay here again!

I love the location , we attended a concert that evening. The location just made it so easy to walk to the venue and walk back to our hotel with out having to fight traffic to get out of the parking lot or even have to pay for parking.
