The breakfast was very good and the breakfast server was friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurants food was good but their customer service was poor. Once seated at our table we waited over 15 minutes for a server. Later told our section server was on break and no one covered from them. We asked two other staff members that walked by if we could get someone, with the bar tender finally taking care of us. All the while three or four other servers were hanging out by the hostess station having a gab session. The restaurant was not busy, only two or three other tables seated at the time. It was around 4:30 in the afternoon, before the evening rush.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. We were in the area for a football game, and the hotel was pretty full. Breakfast was great...the ladies who restocked food and the gentlemen at the omelet station were friendly and worked diligently to keep things running smoothly. Also, we let the staff know that the shower head in our room had a crack in it (nothing that needed immediate attention), but someone was sent to replace it not long after. I look forward to another football game in Jonesboro, so we can stay here again!

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and will be coming back. We talked about the hotel several weeks later because it was so nice. We enjoyed breakfast which was Superb! Great selection of food and we had dinner at the hotel . Service was impeccable!!! Food was Good. We also ordered more food to take back to the room for a late night snack after the concert we came there to attend that evening. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

This stay the entire hotel system was offline impacting issuing room keys, using credit cards etc. Due to this each time we returned to our room, the key did not work. We had to go down to the front desk to be reissued a new key.

My daughter and I attended a concert at Arkansas State University , and it was so easy to just walk from our hotel to the venue and back . We did not have to fight traffic to get in and out of the parking lot or pay for parking which was a huge convivence.
